Shipping prices are calculated by the weight of the items.

Please allow up to one week for your order to be shipped.

If you need your order rushed, please reach out to customer service. We’re happy to help!

Please allow 2-5 days for tracking to update after receiving your tracking number.

COVID-19:

Due to COVID-19, certain countries have been suspended from receiving packages until further notice.

If your country is on this list, you are still able to purchase items but please know that your package will not be sent out until suspensions are lifted. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience.

 

All domestic/international shipping times may be delayed.

Please note that international packages can now take up to 5 months to arrive due to COVID-19.

INSURANCE

  • We are happy to announce that all orders are sent with insurance!

    • In the case that your package gets lost in transit, please contact us at hello@nuvonu.us for further assistance.

LOST PACKAGES

Nuvonu is not responsible for any problems that may occur during shipment. 

Nuvonu is not responsible once the package is shipped.

Nuvonu is not responsible for packages marked “delivered”. 

If you do not receive your package and tracking says “delivered,” please check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally picked up your package. Please wait 2-4 more business days and then file a lost package/theft claim with the postal service (please contact us for the name of the specific carrier.)

If the package comes back to Nuvonu (unclaimed/incorrect address/failed to pay customs, etc) the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again.

We can not send replacement items due to each piece being 1/1.
