SHIPPING

We’re proud to ship worldwide! Please see below for specific shipping times depending on type of order.

 

If you have purchased a "made-to-order" item, please allow 7-8 weeks for shipment (unless stated otherwise on shop page). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on the way.

 

Domestic orders: Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please see delivery times and prices at checkout.

 

International orders: Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please see delivery times and prices at checkout. Time may vary due to customs.

Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

 

 

INSURANCE

Insurance can be added via Route at checkout. 

In the case that your package gets lost in transit, please contact Route directly for assistance.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Nuvonu is not responsible for any problems that may occur during shipment. Please contact Route to claim insurance on your package.

Nuvonu is not responsible once the package is shipped. Nuvonu is not responsible for packages marked “delivered”.  If you do not receive your package and tracking says “delivered,” please check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally picked up your package. Please wait 2-4 more business days and then file a lost package/theft claim with the postal service (please contact us for the name of the specific carrier.) If the package comes back to Nuvonu (unclaimed/incorrect address/failed to pay customs, etc) the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again.
