GORGEOUS vintage 90s 100% silk blouse! Has an elegant rose print and ruffle detailing throughout! This is a wrap blouse so it can be worn as a traditional wrap blouse or tied in the middle as we have styled it. Beautiful bell sleeves. SHEER - photos have been edited for modesty
