ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL vintage 1990s Betsey Johnson maxi dress! VERY RARE! This piece is cut on the bias so it falls so beautifully! Has a gorgeous ruched neckline and heavy-weight fabric. This piece does not have a materials label but we believe it to be rayon.
